We deliver healthy, frozen ready meals directly to your door—fast, safe, and hassle-free.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all areas within Singapore, except offshore islands and restricted zones.
If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery slots are:
Tuesday: 10am to 2pm
Thursday: 6pm to 10pm
Saturday: 10am to 2pm
You can select the slots at checkout.
Shipping Fee
- Free delivery for orders above $65
- Flat delivery rate of $4.95 for orders $34.50 to $64
- Flat delivery rate of $9.95 for orders $1 to $34
How Meals Are Delivered
Meals are delivered frozen using cold chain refrigerated electric trucks to ensure safe temperature during transit. Please store them in your freezer immediately upon delivery.
Missed Deliveries
We deliver your meals frozen solid. Please be there to receive the meals. We will call you if there's no one who answered the door.
If you’re not home, you can:
- Ask your family/neighbour/friend to receive them, or
- Leave a cooler box with ice packs outside for our driver to place the bag inside.
For food safety, we don’t recommend leaving meals out beyond 2 hours. Missed deliveries can be rescheduled with a $9.95 redelivery fee.
