Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Your meals arrived damaged, spoiled, or in an unsafe condition.
  • There was a delivery error (e.g. incorrect items or missing meals).
  • Your order was not delivered due to our error.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a clear photo of the issue (e.g. damaged packaging, incorrect item).
  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Taste preferences.
  • Missed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details.
  • Failure to store meals properly after delivery.

Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either:

  • Offer a credit for your next order,
  • Send a replacement meal,
  • Or process a refund to your original payment method.
