Refund Eligibility

- Your meals arrived damaged, spoiled, or in an unsafe condition.
- There was a delivery error (e.g. incorrect items or missing meals).
- Your order was not delivered due to our error.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear photo of the issue (e.g. damaged packaging, incorrect item).
- Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Taste preferences.
- Missed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details.
- Failure to store meals properly after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either:
- Offer a credit for your next order,
- Send a replacement meal,
- Or process a refund to your original payment method.
