FAQ

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website. Simply choose your meals, add them to your cart, and select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Our meals stay fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months. Each meal is labeled with a "best before" date for your convenience.

How do I reheat the meals?

Defrost in the fridge overnight. Microwave: Heat on medium high for 5 minutes, loosely covered, until piping hot and steaming.

What ingredients do you use?

We only use real, clean ingredients — olive oil, natural herbs and spices, a touch of sea salt, and no sugar, MSG, artificial additives, or preservatives, even in the sauces.

Do you cater to dietary needs?

We offer a variety of meals, including gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, and plant-based options, depending on current weekly menu. We make sure to post detailed nutritional information, including allergens, with every one of our meal descriptions. You can find this info online when you choose your meals.

How are the meals delivered?

Meals are packed in kraft bags and kept frozen in reusable cooler bags with ice packs. Our drivers deliver them straight to your door during the delivery slot you chose.

Drivers will hand over only the kraft bags containing your meals. Cooler bags and ice packs are reused internally to reduce waste.


Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all areas within Singapore, except tuas, lim chu kang, sentosa and offshore islands.

What are your delivery costs?

  • Free delivery for orders above $65
  • Flat delivery rate of $4.95 for orders $34.50 to $68
  • Flat delivery rate of $9.95 for orders $1 to $34

Do I have to commit?

Nope. If you are a subscriber, you can skip your weekly delivery, pause or cancel any time. Just be sure to do so by your cutoff: 11:59 pm 5 days before your delivery. If you are not a subscriber, you can just buy our meals ala carte by adding to cart.

Do I have to cook anything?

None at all. All of our meals are dietitian-approved and chef-prepared so all you have to do is heat, eat, and enjoy.

Can I personalize my meals to suit my lifestyle?

Yes. If you are a Fireth subscriber, you choose your meals every week, so you can switch your meals to suit your current lifestyle. If you are not a subscriber, you can just buy our meals ala carte by adding to cart.

Will I receive my delivery if I’m not home?

We take steps to accommodate your busy schedule. Delivery times are from 8 am to 8 pm on the day and time slot you choose. And if you’re not at home, please make sure that someone is there to receive your order as the meals are frozen and needs to be put in the freezer right away to stay fresh. If there is no one at home, we will leave the meals outside your home. You can also change your delivery day online if you need to.

Is Fireth Foods halal?

We are not certified halal, but we do not use any pork, lard or alcohol in our meals.
