We deliver your meals frozen solid. Please be there to receive the meals.

If you’re not home, you can:

• Ask your family/neighbour/friend to receive them, or
• Leave a cooler bag/box with ice packs outside for our driver to place the bag inside.

For food safety, we don’t recommend leaving meals out beyond 2 hours. Missed deliveries can be rescheduled with a $9.95 redelivery fee.
